Based on CSCI Program Committee recommendation, this year CSCI
has arranged three sessions for video conference presentations.
Speakers who have DOCUMENTED valid reasons for not being able
to physically attend the conference (mostly due to visa delays)
are given the opportunity to present their papers by video
conferencing. Arrangements have been made with such speakers
prior to November 28, 2017 (arrangements include: making sure
that the speaker has access to fast connection, a mock test, ...)
It is possible that this session may be cancelled if the authors
receive their USA visa ontime. More information will be provided
